We ship PAN India.
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of placing your order depending on the quantity purchased. Express orders are shipped on priority within 24–48 hours.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Tier 1 cities: 3–5 days from the date of dispatch
- Tier 2 cities: 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch
- Tier 3 cities & North Eastern India: Up to 10 days from the date of dispatch

Order Processing
Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order.
Orders are packed, sealed, and shipped from our studio with utmost care and love, along with a personal note from us.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number, delivery address, and a tracking number.

Ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order, as we will not be able to modify your details after the order is placed.
Return of Parcels
The original postage cost is non-refundable for parcels returned due to an incorrect address or for not being picked up by the customer, as postage is a service provided by third-party delivery partners.
Surface Shipping Charges
- For orders valued between ₹0 to ₹1,299, a flat shipping fee of ₹85 will be applied.
- For orders valued between ₹1,299 to ₹4,999, a flat shipping fee of ₹175 will be applied.
- For orders valued between ₹5,000 to ₹8,999, a flat shipping fee of ₹300 will be applied.
- For orders valued between ₹8,001 to ₹12,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹600 will be applied.
- For orders valued between ₹12,001 to ₹15,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹800 will be applied.
- For orders valued between ₹15,001 to ₹20,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹1,200 will be applied.
